Domestic Cleaning, Yours’ and our Safety.
Firstly, I would like to say, I hope you have remained well throughout this pandemic and lock down.
We are now approaching some new working conditions which allows some businesses to re-open, ensuring that safe distancing is implemented. This would mean that ideally an empty house or you remain in a different room whilst we clean. We ourselves as a cleaning company want to play a big
part in continuing to provide a specific service to you so that your home is kept clean, to limit any risks within the house.
All staff have completed training courses and hold specific certificates to ensure cleaning and all safety measures are correctly executed, Full Detailed Covid-19 specific risk assessments have been completed and full staff guidance on these has been given through a Social Distance meeting at our
PPE (Gloves, Overshoes, Apron, Face Mask where necessary) will be worn where necessary and I have sourced a covid-19 specific product to use whilst cleaning. We can also sanitize carpeted areas for extra cleanliness. I have purchased New Mops with disposable heads so no cross contamination occurs. All items will be sanitized at the end of each job before going to the next.
If at any point a member of staff is unwell we will not arrive to clean or will supply another cleaner.
Similarly, if you or any family members show even mild symptoms we know that we are meant to all self-isolate for 2 weeks as a household, please inform us immediately. Staff will be taking their own temperature before work and each job they move to, to ensure symptoms do not go unnoticed.
We want to work together with you to help keep the virus away from your home. Both ours and yours.
We can make any changes, for instance an initial deep clean on the 1st visit back or more frequency even if the extra visits are purely to clean contact points, keyboards, phones, light switches, door handles etc. We will happily provide this service to you. At this stage this message is intended to gain
your confidence in us that we are doing everything as we should so you can relax. Everyone’s health and safety (yours & ours is paramount and comes first).
We look forward to resuming our duties, our staff are keen to return to the work they love when it is safe to do so.
