Clarkes Cleaning Services Ltd was established in 2015 with only having a handful of clients and one employee.

Since then it has grown to having 18 employees and around 70 clients. Our client base is in and around Lincolnshire with work ranging from New Builds such as The quadrant, Chestnut Homes, Barnes Construction and many others. We provide Domestic cleaning with varied frequencies to suit the customer, we always provide the cleaning operative to suit our

customer. We provide much more than just cleaning. If our client is elderly or unwell I choose a cleaning operative who may have relevant previous experience to suit the customers’ possible needs. We take the time to talk with our customer and get to know them and vice versa. Our Cleaning Operatives are trained, uniformed, DBS checked and Insured. We use all our own high standard cleaning products unless specifically requested to use others by our customers.

We provide End of Tenancy cleans or Move in/ out cleans for private and estate agent customers.

House clearances are something we started to do last year and has proved very successful and in high demand.

We are able to provide cleaning in a wide range of areas. No job is too big! If you need a job doing in a day, we get a team together to complete the work and then it is inspected on completion.

Oven cleaning can be done as one off, window cleaning services, and carpet and upholstery cleaning.

We like to pride ourselves in our high standard of cleaning. We go that extra mile to make your home clean, tidy and welcoming when you get home. We will iron if required and change bed linen. All our customers have different needs;
I meet personally with all new customers to establish exactly what is required. We also understand that sometimes things can change. We are adaptable and will do what you require. We invoice monthly for work carried out and simple bank transfer is all it takes and we have recently been awarded Safe Contractor Accreditation for the 3rd year, showing our commitment to Health and Safety.
